Hostal Casa Culebra

Back around the ‘90s a community social worker, her son, and an economist turned entrepreneur (all of them Puerto Rican), decided to band together and build Hostal Casa Culebra. Drawn by the beauty of its natural resources and the uniqueness of the history of its people, they strived to design a space that would entice its guests to forget hectic schedules, roles, and stratagems, and simply enjoy the Culebra lifestyle, a natural lifestyle with disregard to deadlines and hustle and bustle, while revering nature and outdoor living.

Accommodations

With respect to overall quality, we've awarded this property a rating of 2.5 stars.

Hostel Casa Culebra included seven villas as houses or apartments, equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home.

##Villas 2, 3, and 4##

Three one-bedroom apartments with air conditioning, ceiling fan, equipped with bed linen and towels (for personal hygiene, not beach towels) for two people. Full size beds.

Bathroom with shower, hot water, small mirror, and 110-volt outlet.

A small living-dining room with ceiling fan.

Kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery.

##Villa 5##

It can accommodate four people: two in the bedroom and two in the living room on a futon.

The bedroom has a full size bed, bed linen and towels for four people, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has a medium-sized closet.

##Villa 1, 6 and 7##

Three two room apartments. Two of these apartments (villa #6 and #7) have two rooms; one for two people with double size bed, and one for three people (bunk beds). The third apartment (villa #1) has room for six people, two in one room with full size bed, and four in the second room (bunk beds).

All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, linen, and towels (for personal hygiene, not beach towels).

All three-bedroom apartments are equipped with: bathroom, shower, hot water, small mirror, and 110-volt outlet.

Activities and Amenities

The activities sponsored or recommended by the guest house are designed for the adventuresome side all guests have within, respectful of nature and of the place that welcomes you, eager to recapture the taste of the essential things forgotten in the rhythm of daily life. Thus the informal treatment of guests, the simplicity of the accommodations, and the disposition to offer the hostel to anyone who wants quiet enjoyment in the utmost confidence that he or she will be satisfied.
