Items such as grilled Caribbean lobster and tender filet mignon beg to be sampled. Chef Wayne serves Caribbean and Cajun cuisine. It is open for different meals depending on the season.

Chef Wayne has created the perfect eating atmosphere at his off-the-beaten-path restaurant. There, you can sample his delightfully tantalizing cuisine on the front balcony (complete with ocean views) or the back balcony (with views of the forest). One caveat - Chef Wayne can be difficult for tourists to find; call ahead for the best directions.
