Sometimes, tragedy leads to greatness. That's what happened with Hard Rock Café in Old San Juan. In 2003, a fire damaged the restaurant, requiring a full remodeling; thus, everything is brand spanking new, from the larger retail space to additional seating in this 300 year old home.
