Martin's BBQ is a favorite with the San Juan locals, probably because the food is reasonably priced, spicy, and quickly available. Order at the counter and soon you'll be nibbling on your chicken, rice, beans, yucca, or tostones on one of the picnic tables outside. (You can also take the food back to your cottage, hotel room, or beach blanket.) Martin's BBQ is an informal restaurant. It serves different meals depending on the season.

Ambiance

Though you can eat at Martin's BBQ, the interior décor and outside picnic tables aren't for those looking to savor this traditional islands cuisine. Instead, order take-out and enjoy your sumptuous and hearty meal on the sand.
