The Caribbean Grill is open for an a la carte breakfast everyday from 7:00 am to 11:30 am, and begins serving an a la carte lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vacationers can catch the dinner a la carte Monday through Saturday from 6 pm to 11 pm, and the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
